    BloodHunter Refer Friends, Earn Coins

The Referral Page is back and ready to be put to use! You can now earn coins as your friends progress through the game. You will receive silver coins when your friends reach level 2 and when they become Verified; and you will receive gold coins the first time your friends purchase coins. To start inviting your friends, go to www.heroesofnewerth.com/referral.

    50 silver coins per level...

    and 200 for verified...

Oh well, not worth abusing I guess :P

What if your "friend" bought gold coins for you; do you still get the 100 gold coin bonus? I sense abuse.

Yay! Now people will profit while smurfing!

I can't imagine the amount of smurfing that would result if you could get more silver coins on your main account by "referring" yourself and playing that account to verified level then by just playing normally...

100 gold is okay if they buy coins for $10.

But it should be 400 gold for $30 and 500 gold for $40 deal. This would make it on par with the old referral system.

The true measure of a person is how they act when they think no one is looking.

Sometimes I wonder if S2 actually think their plans through before implementing them... Why would they ever encourage smurfing? It totally ruins the purpose of a matchmaking system

Why not? Some people find it fun to smurf, including people from S2 who admitted into doing it on reddit.
