Abilities
Lurking Darkness: Orlock steps behind his victim concealed in the darkness(stealth), and shadows them (debuff); passing through objects until he strikes. The attack deals true damage and silences his target briefly (Orlock follows directly behind the target, movement is not controlled by Orlock player, Orlock breaks stealth upon attacking the target or manually moving; target has a visible debuff on them, displaying that they're being stalked).
Lv1 – Deals base damage as true damage, silences target for 1.25 seconds. Stealth lasts for 12 seconds.
Lv2 – Deals base damage +15, as true damage; silences target for 1.75 seconds. Stealth lasts for 18 seconds.
Lv3 – Deals base damage +25, as true damage; silences target for 2.5 seconds.
Stealth lasts for 24 seconds.

Cooldown: 25/21/17/15 seconds. Reset begins after Orlock breaks stealth.
Manacost: 120/130/140/150.
Overwhelm: Orlock overwhelms his opponent, overpowering his adversary with each subsequent attack.
Lv1- 5 Bonus damage per attack.
Lv2- 10 Bonus damage per attack.
Lv3- 15 Bonus damage per attack.
Lv4- 20 Bonus damage per attack.

Lv1- Target is immobilized for 3.25 seconds, Darkness lasts 10 seconds.
Lv2- Target is immobilized for 4 seconds, Darkness lasts 15 seconds.
Lv3- Target is immobilized for 4.75 seconds, Darkness lasts 22 seconds.
Cooldown: 100/95/90 seconds.

[Update]: Rebalanced First and last skill, and clarified first skill. LoD, attack speed seems fine on paper (may still need a little tweaking).

So is the 1st skill like a blink strike? like night hounds?
Then the ult, the 8s immobilized - seems really long time, try halfing the time, halfing the darkness duration 35 s with a immolbilse in there as well is quite a bit. Also if we were to take night stalker, if you were to give him 'overwhelm' wouldn't that make him insanely powerful? although he did have a nuke though :S so maybe its ok.
Ult seemed a little powerful so i nerfed it, and no his first ability isn't exactly like blink-strike its delayed until you attack; and the opponent can see a debuff on them (so they know) that they're being stalked. ;p
In terms of Overwhelm and LoD, remember hes only buffed at night but even still, the numbers could be tweaked for balance (but that requires testing). If need be the damage from overwhelm and his AS bonus could easily be brought down.
Update: Increased the cooldown on the first ability to keep it from being overpowered, should be balanced around the 18-20sec cooldown mark at Lv.4

O btw put a cap on the attack stack and state that it resets on a new target (if it does, if not change it or too over powered)
So Ursa's fury swipes on Balanar with a Blink Strike that silences, and a single target disable as good as Succubus's but you are able to attack at the same time?
Lol?
Heck yeah, fun times i agree the attack speed and stacking damage are a bit high so the numbers (for those two are negotiable) ill try and nerf them to a more realistic amount. Also keep in mind however Orlock/Night Stalker is only this powerful half the time (at night).
Update: Nerfed Overwhelm and LoD, so LoD is comparable to Accursed AS (slightly better because again only active at night). Nerfed overwhelm by 4 points to keep synergy from stacking too high.
