I dont see how RAGE (been in development for nearly 5 years by Id software and they built everything from the ground up), Gears of War 3 (third in a series of games that have defined the genre for the next-gen consoles almost as much as Halo did for the original xbox) and Battlefield 3 (completely new engine for the successor to one of the best shooters you can buy) are in any way 'shitty console fps'

So many awesome games to be released within next umm... 10~ months.

I am looking forward to Deus Ex, Skyrim, Mass effect 3 and Dead island. I might end up getting a few of the other games as well, though they are not something I am particularily excited over.

Yep, thats the only game I need. Might get Gears 3 if I can get it for 1/2 price, otherwise I will wait.

Whats the deal with Mass Effect. I have both games sitting at home waiting for me to play them, but its sooooooo bad... I mean, what the **** is with these ****ing worms I have to fight on the planets every single time? And why cant I complete side quests either? Why is the combat system so shoddy and why is the RPG element not really RPG.

Please explain why Mass Effect is good so I can give it another try.

Skyrim is about the only thing honestly im looking forward to, as much as I enjoyed ME2 I have this feelin that ME3 is going to be a huge disappointment.
