This question requires immediate answer cause some players just aren't used to play with only english.
Character set support
It seems 2.1.0.2(2.1.0.3) breaks some set supports, especially Asia's, "cjk", etc...
As long you have "cjk" in the core_xx.resources, no matter how new is your HoN setting/folder or what SuperComputer you have, it would crash HoN at the openning, even though the files remain untouched and work great for past versions.
