2D Hero Portrait

This is a godsend and should be implemented by default. The model textures are awful for most heroes in the 3d portait (many of them look worse than WC3) and when the 2d icons are so good it just doesn't make sense.

Our 3D ones should be way better now that we added effects and made Ophelia not look so beat up. I demand justice on these initial pictures.

I think what happened was "modelpanel" thats being referenced in the mod got changed to being called something else, which is why this doesn't work.

What that new name is though I dont know
