HoN has no high tier Chen/Ophelia players or teams capable of running the hero to it's fullest power. I'm not saying this will necessarily stay the same and I hope this will change, but that's how it is right now. If you want truly high lvl play you'll have to check out big name DotA teams like MYM, LGD etc. who like running Chen from time to time. Chen has been a competitive pick since the days before AP was used in tournaments so naturally they're ahead.
About the HoN players I know:
- I believe FIRE had a good Ophelia player (some time ago...) but they went back to DotA if my information is correct. Theres a game of them somewhere on Honreplays, but that site is a pain to search so I'll leave that up to you.
- Fly plays her recently but his inexperience with the hero clearly shows.
- Tralf is ok but I wasn't necessarily impressed and he's waaay too passive for my taste
- Lucifer/Sadist plays mostly Ophelia up to 1950 MMR.
I have picked Ophelia 47/50 of my last matches, and am 75% win with her. Single-handedly pulled myself out of the 1600 bracket (After losing 80 MMR overnight - 1750, down to 1670) by abusing the **** out of her and Sol's Bulwark. Seeing as that item didn't get nerfed at all in the patch, I only saw it as more of a reason to whore Ophelia for wins.
Now that I'm 1800, I don't want to hit a road-block of matches that players are actually competent enough to beat my strategy haha.

Ophelia is incredibly OP right now (...but nobody cares, as evidenced by my Balance Discussion thread...) so I'm not surprised you went from 1600 to 1800 abusing her. What you might want to try however is getting Energizer first (after RotT and red boots), it's actually super OP on her aswell.
You should have it by lvl 7 and nobody will survive the ganks with 440 ms Minotaurs. It also greatly helps your team aswell (esp. melee carries and against Kraken).
That’s a massive understatement. I’ve matchmaked against plenty of 1850 mmr + players with Ophelia as there most or in there top played and been rofl stomped each time.
Hero isn’t imba, but she is when combined with another summoning hero as e.g tempest, wb, tree (aura from neuts make summons op) or any other push team for that matter.

You can check out gaz's games, he is pretty good with her. We play her quite a lot in scrims.
Besides that Freshpro, Tralf and se`busca are probably your best bets. Don't know if se`busca still plays her, but he was considered the best Ophelia wayyy back.
