I wouldn't have a problem with an announcer with a heavy German accent, if that's what you mean. Saying Nazi is taking it completely out of context, it isn't an accurate comparison at all.

Yes but people of both of those groups could take offense to it for the same reason. The whole idea here is the gay announcer and british announcer were given those in-game voices because they have a very distinct way of saying things (the stereotype versions of the groups anyways). It would be the same for the black woman. It's not about nationality, sexual orientation, or skin color, it is about the way they talk.

Not arguing about them being offensive, just teaching people here how to differentiate between racism, stereotypes, etc. No doubt these are offensive, but if you saw the Japan thread people mostly took a positive stand for it. And yet when we use "black woman" there's an uproar.

It's not racist. There's a british one and a gay one, not any more offensive than those. Black people have a very humorous way of saying things/talking. Not in a racist or hating way, in a laughing with them way.
