For reference they do 43-48 damage but would be helpful to be able to see it in the tooltips. Also how fast they do there damage would be helpful too.

How fast they do their damage really depends on the distance. Would be pretty hard to calculate that, hopefully this helps...
It would be nice to include it in the tooltip... but there are a lot of tooltips that are missing information :/

I think its physical since it damage towers, so it should increase the ulti damage. But also might be completely wrong !
Spirits deal physical dmg thus are reduced by physical armor, spirits attacks can't be blocked from items such as iron buckler, iron shield and helm of the black legion, and please SEARCH FIRST! There are numerous of threads about stuff like this...
Yes it deals physical damage and yes stuff that reduces armor helps them because it reducing the things that reduces physical damage.
