In the alpha version of Obelisk he's heal was initially 20/30/40% then bumped down to 20%. Having just % or a flat number when testing was too little or just to much !
Few beta testers agree with 5/6/7% Heal + 155/225/295 base heal instead of the ridiculous flat 20% that scales absurdly late game but weak early game ;P Base heal numbers can be tweaked down to 155/185/225

New Heal at Level 1 - 5%+155
500 health = 180
New Heal at Level 2 -l 6%+225
1k health = 285
1.5k health = 315
New Heal at Level 3 - 7%+295
2k health = 435
2.5k health = 470
3k health = 505
Current Heal
20% heal with...
500 health = 100
1k health = 200
1.5k health = 300
2k health = 400
2.5k health = 500
3k health = 600
There are many more equations to this but that's just a rough crunch on what to expect from the new change
Ya - 2/2/3 second duration was not much difference. 2 second buff is fine across all levels.Also reduce Champion of Justice to a 2 second duration flat.

I'd say a constant 6% + 140/185/230 base would even out much better. Early on that is still a nice sum of health and with multiple procs would heals for much more than any conventional spell at that level along with its other effects.
I'm not sure how beta testers are testing with hero combinations but this has a giant potential with heroes such as Engineer or Flux (especially Flux).
Those numbers look good as well
It's hard to get some 5v5 going with Obelisk since most of his abilities are broken in UBhon - I know i'm a bad man but there isn't a LAN capability to test this out.
The +4pplz, myself, redskin, darky, & soon to be community of testers discuss with each other whilst playing HoN Practice mode. Mind you they all feel the pain of not testing this properly XD

Then how can I kill the enemy.
With my skills? If I have no mana?
I do not want to deal damage my self for deal extra damage enemy with automaticly.
It maybe open/close ability.
When it is open you deal extra damage but lose your hp %x for every second or lose your hp for each attack until this ability closed.
It is better for me.

Similar with Nomad's ultimate.
But the effect is very great.
It maybe passive skill?
Works with %x chance or active for every time you lose x / %x hp.
Or when you take high/dangerous damage(Obelisk sense it)you don't take it you will be countered with a massive attack.

It's because your attack damage kills them not the ability. It's calculated like this! Attack damage then Ability.
I can make it toggled. It's not hardI do not want to deal damage my self for deal extra damage enemy with automaticly.
Yes, very similar except it doesn't negate affects or AoESimilar with Nomad's ultimate.
I prefer time based skills vs passive. More interesting that way...It maybe passive skill?

Footman- (Idea) Make it so that when the footman makes the enemy hit a tree they get slowed instead of stunned, and when they hit a cliff they are stunned.
Colosseum- (Idea) way to op, easy for trolls to go in, out, in, out Ect. The heal should be changed to -> 150,200,250 + 3% targets max hp. I would also believe that The state he is put if for the buff should make his first ability do less damage to him while giving the other bonuses. Hope i helped
