So last night I had an awesome game as Pestalence. I started off laneing with a blacksmith who was in simple terms a ksing WHORE. At 15 mins he was 8-0-0 with only one of those not being a ks. I initiated a vote knowing that the other team would like to see him go and all 4 of my team wanted to see him go so a 8-0-0 blacksmith got kicked!
Final results of the game. I ended up at 7-2-20 and we ended up pulling through and winning so fun game and I got to see a kser kicked

Honestly, you really shouldn't have kicked a player who was kill stealing. If he has the spells to kill someone and without him, you wouldn't have gotten that kill, then he has the right to reserve his nuke to take the kill. It really doesn't matter unless you really care about your score which, in all working matters as of yet, doesn't matter. :\

Kicking a blacksmith because he is killing people is like kicking arachna because she's slowing people. It's what blacksmith does. He finishes things. I fail to see why you had a problem with his ksing, unless you were just concerned about your stats.
Here's a fairly important tip: KSing is not bad if you play as a team. A kill is a kill. Be glad it happened. Yes, he got bonus gold. You got time without an opposing hero in the lane and the ability to farm the lane. As pestilence, your roll is to stun and chase. You don't have nearly the damaging abilities that blacksmith does but you do have the ability to damage several creeps at once and gain back that 200 gold lost from the "kill steal". Kill 4 creeps in the time the hero is gone and there you go.
Of course the other team was glad that you would clearly want to kick a fairly important hero from your team. Good job in kicking someone so you could boost your PSR by having uneven teams after the 8 kill lead.
