Clan Creation ingame or website

So I tried creating clan ingame, it always ended up not working cause 1 guy didnt accept, eventho every1 did accept it.

Then I heard that on the clan management website I could create the clan etc, so I made it. Clan: PLS go tag: PLSG , I added all the members i wanted, they didnt recieve anykinda invitation, then I noticed even tho i was the "owner" of the clan I couldnt add them manually or actually manage the clan at all even tho I was supposed to be the leader...

Didn't want to create my own thread, but I have basically the same problem, tried to create it through the website, but mistyped one of the charter members' usernames. Others recieved the invitation on the messageboard(here, as PM), but i can't manage it and change the one guy..
It lists me as the owner, but I can't do anything with it.
