Wow how can a game even get that long, at 60mins in I watched like 10 mins and all I saw was farming.
TBH, this small 10 mins has confirmed a little what I was thinking. The game looks a lot slower than HoN. Everything seems a little floaty.
The graphics look nice, but I am not worried about this being a much better game. I think HoN has developed a lot further on and people don't give it enough credit.
I am not sure that HoN will see the same user levels, it is like VHS vs Betamax, just because you have the best technology, does not mean you win the overall fight.

In what way does this look like LoL? This looks more like BLC, which in my opinion is really cool. Don't see anything LoL-ish with these graphics...

The whole tourney does not feel like a $1,000,000 production imho.

I really like the graphics and the artstyle overall but other than that I am fairly disappointed so far.

Right, because the animation is shitty.
To be fair: this is in a very early stage and obviously there's much room for improvements which will eventually...probably be made.

only took two and a half hours to complete one game. Admittedly an hour of that was technical difficulties, but still. With any luck, these will clear up and the rest of it will go smoother. I'd like dota2 to not be a disappointment, but so far...

I think the only reason that was boring to watch was because of the lame ass turtling.
I want to say though, i really prefer the Dota 2 models over HoN models. Spectre looks awesomeness.

I have to play the game myself before i judge it though, atm it looks crap and boring compared to HoN but lord knows it's not so fun to watch matches, it's fun playing them.

So far all my expectations have been met, and even broken. Can't wait for Dota 2 to release. Good riddance S2.
