Just would like to know if anyone watched yu-gi-oh or zoids and if the are still watching it today?
I used to watch Yu-Gi-Oh, but it made little sense. The way the battles seemed to work was completely arbitrary and totally different from the card game. Also, it was too anime for my tastes, I always preferred the Canadian/American style of animation and story structure.
Of course, the only exception is avatar the last airbender which is (correct me if I'm wrong) japanese style animation but made in America.
Since pics are disabled, the following in an explanation on how to count better.
Ever tired of counting on your fingers and being stuck at 10? Here's the solution: Binary finger counting. Instead of counting how many fingers are up, you count which fingers are up. With only 8 fingers, you can count up to 255.
1. Ignore thumbs, they make this process harder.
2. Start with your rightmost finger. This finger represents 2^0, or 1. Your next finger represents 2^1, or 2. Try all the different combinations with these two fingers, you have a range from 0-3. Your next finger, 2^2 = 4, followed by 2^3 = 8 and so on.
3. Now you can count high! the finger combination 00110101 = 1+4+16+32 = 53.
I used to watch yugioh until they came out with 3x? 3something.

I've seen all but maybe 9 episodes of Zoids from all it's seasons. maybe a few more. I only watched Zoids starring Bit and the one starring Vahn (not the mod).
Beat the GBA game too.
I enjoy Yu-Gi-Oh more in an ironic way because of the abridged series.

Yeah. I tried that when the card game first came out. I was so sad when T1 I couldn't do that..
Yu Gi Oh was good until it got to GX. Funny though cause the bad guys always just challenge them to a childrens card game instead of just shooting them.
On the other hand Zoids was sweet.
I remember watching both of those shows when I was younger. Zoids was on before I left for school I think, and Yu-Gi-Oh was the show to watch on Saturday mornings I think. Now whenever I see anything Yu-Gi-Oh related I think of NomesWisdom's signature with the "a champion doesn't belong on his knees" text, lol.
I remember Zoids being pretty cool, but I don't remember anything about it besides animal-like robots?

watched yugioh, got well pumped from seeing Exodia the first time, then we Yugi came out with these super combos of like using Kuriboh vs that Crush Card and then how he won Slyther by making him draw all his deck and automatically lose, but inbetween all these great moments were these painfully slow battles, takin 5 minutes to explain a trap card n stuff, zzz
picked it up again when DMG came into it tho :S
Reboot seasons 1 and 2 is on netflix streaming, time for some good ol' nostalgia.

Yeah, I watched yu-gi-oh back in the day. On a more recent note, I also watched the abridged series.
