    Corrupted Disciple

    Introduction
    Corrupted Disciple is a high movement speed, high damage carry. He farms a lot and homecoming stones to team fights.

    Item Build

    All items depend entirely on the enemy you expect to be facing. Do I need to survive longer? Do I need to be able to do more damage? They have a lot of single target crowd controls, should I get a nullstone? These are all questions you should be asking yourself.

    My standard item build:
    2 Duck Boots
    1 Pretender's Crown
    1 Runes of Blight (send more on courier as these are consumed)
    ^ to Iron Shield
    Boots of Speed
    ^ to Ghost Marchers
    Icebrand
    ^ to Frostburn
    Shrunken Head
    Savage Mace
    Riftshards

    A good starting point is 2 Duck Boots, 1 Runes of Blight, and 3 Minor Totems. If you are going mid, your next item might be a bottle. If you are going side lane against 2 ranged heroes, you might want to get an Iron Shield. If you are going against a burst combo, you might want to start with 2 Pretender's Crowns, 1 Minor Totem, and 2 Runes of Blight and work towards (strength) Streamboots.

    Early game, Ghost Marchers really helps you close the gap for kills and keeps conduit charging. If you are against a strong nuke combo though, this item will leave you very squishy. If your farm is good, a fast icebrand can compensate for the hp loss, but against a torturer hammerstorm lane this may not be the best option.

    Midgame Frostburn really helps you close the gap and provides great escaping with Marchers, and shrunken provides the magic immunity you often need in team battles.

    Lategame Damage items are usually the best options as your spells no longer provide you with the damage required to get the job done.

    Situational Items:
    Nullstone
    Usually a Shrunken is nicer, but if you find yourself against 4 single target stun heroes, this is a reasonable choice - especially if you need regeneration often in a side lane that the lifetube provides.

    Charged Hammer
    A solid item if you are finding yourself solo pushing side lanes a lot. Does decent damage in team fights, but I still lean towards Savage.

    Shield Breaker
    Takes an orb slot. If you have a lot of solid crowd control on your team (especially that pierces bkb, like tempest ulti), and are finding yourself not in dire need of the movementspeed Frostburn provides, this is a decent choice.

    Wingbow
    A decent tank/damage item which is easily countered if the enemy carry has enough farm (Savage).

    Behemoth's Heart
    You are not rambo, and you should postition yourself so you are not taking all the brute force in a fight. However, if the enemy team is focus firing you, this is a reasonable choice without taking an orb slot.

    Symbol Of Rage
    Overall better than a Behe Heart when you need to tank, especially in conjunction with Shrunken, but takes up an orb slot. I like my frostburn.

    I generally get 1 point of conduit at the start so I can drain a bit of damage before anyone can really do anything. Say your lane partner is glacius and you are facing pestilence witch slayer, their spell burst is around 120 damage after your magic reduction. If you get a charge off, then they combo you, you are constantly draining pestilence's damage. The longer the fight goes on the better. If
