That's perfect! I know the image is kind of frayed and weird, sorry about that.

At the risk of sounding fickle, is it possible to get it without the border and background so its just her head?

Not really. I assume you want the white BG to become transparent? It'd look weird on any dark background (e.g. HoN forums) because the shading on the outlines are all fading to white, rather than fading to transparent (if that makes sense).
