[Poni] is the largest community clan for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fans. If you're interested in playing or chatting with other bronies, then you're welcome join.
There are no requirements for entry, we harbour a very positive attitude and aren't afraid to love and tolerate the neigh-sayers. It is extremely difficult to be kicked from the clan; I don't feel it is my right to decide who is allowed in it and who isn't. "I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it."
If you'd like to join: join the community channel by typing "/j Clan Friendship is Magic", and ask in the channel for an invite. It'd be nice if you could bump this thread as well. The people who can invite you are those listed as officers on the clan members list, as well as myself. As of 20th July, all members are promoted to officer as soon as possible [link]. If none of these people are online, post in this thread and I'll see about sending you an invite through the website.
Pony Icons
I browse a lot of pony related art and have sufficient skills with image manipulation software to make custom account icons for members. Just request a certain theme and character and I can whip something up well within 24 hours.

As the clan becomes significantly larger, there comes a time where some order needs to be sewn into the anarchy. For the most part, members of [Poni] have far exceeded my expectations in being polite and classy when they represent themselves. However, not all of us are so delicate with our words. Remember that every pony is equal, and every pony is loved. There is only one rule you need to follow to stay in this community: Don't be a dick. If you have to ask yourself if what you're about to say is acceptable - it probably isn't. It's fine to get mad, everyone gets angry sometimes. But if you're consistently belligerent and offensive to the point where you're making people uncomfortable around you, then something needs to change.
To deal with this I am creating a system whereby members of the clan may file complaints about certain members to me personally to have the situation dealt with. The following form should be filled out appropriately and PMed to me:
Please only use this form in serious circumstances where the defendant is being purposefully belligerent and unreasonable. I'd like to see as little of these forms in my inbox as possible. Don't forget you can use the ignore function (/ignore add [name]) to ignore people.Name of plaintiff:

Twilight might be the one I identify most with, but that doesn't mean I can't think that Pinkie Pie is the most adorable pony in Equestria. :P
