    i believe the durations on the effects and the cd on the item are not good enough. the duration of the movement speed and unit walking is very short, the cooldown on using this item is massive(40+sec), which means it cant be a substitution for phase boots. and the item overall is not that great meaning the stats really dont warrant the benefits. i wont be wasting gold on it.

    the situation i see it most viable for is on utility heroes for clutch situations every 40+ sec. ie. engineer

    I thought that Energizer was a decent buff to melee carries. Pop it in teamfights, melee carry activates shrunken and can stay on target better with 50extra ms? Harder to kite someone with +50ms, and possibly ghost marchers activated as well.

    Thou this might only seem good in theory, any thoughts?

    The 100 mana cost on activate was a big turn off for me, seeing as how a lot of the heroes I would of originally wanted it on, don't have that much spare mana.

    Why do people limit themselves to getting this on Agi heroes? It's a minimal change in stats... it's like only getting push on Int heroes.

    I thought the exact opposite when I first saw this item. It can be used by the opposing team to kite your melee carry around, much like a tablet.

    Yes, that striked me aswell:
    If both team activates energizer at the same time it practicly does nothing.
    If both teams dont use it at the same time melee carry will benefit for its duration. On the other hand if only enemy team have it of cd and uses it, melee carry will have a hard time.

    Also, I dont think the buff will hit whole teams, radius is not so big. So people that dont get buffed in enemy team will be easier targets for the melee carry.

    Tried on Ophelia. Stronk item !
    Tried it on CD as well, getting it after the core tanky items ofc. I was already dominating the game, but the speed burst is pretty handy, synergizes pretty well with ghost marchers to give ~10s of near haste unitwalking.
    Worse than tablet for supports, but there's definitely uses for this item, wouldn't throw it in the trashcan, at least not now

    Really nice gear on swift for high movespeed when you spin to get easy bloodlusts and double kills on lane.


    Also great on rampage with passive that give attack power for 3rd skill with move speed.

    this item is useless, 5 sec is nth u cant even get to enemy late game and early its too expensive also 40 sec cooldown is joke.
