But the slow duration is just one second xD and the context says we can add some minor effect, like a mini-stun or armor reduction...so I think a 1 sec slow is not that big :P But if theres a problem, I remove it
I really like the ult. It works well by adding a lot of complexity and depth to her other 3 simplistic spells.
Right now the good combos i see are
e + q + w for max damage
e + w + q for a long disable
the third ability feels like it gets left out in the cold a little since its just sort of a cast what ever to get the effect you want out of it.

Yeah....i wanted some kind of support spell...like, it still do damage, but help allies in some way, but yeah, using the third and second spell in the third movement maybe is better...then you can see some items build using portal key, to initiate with her third ability.

I love love love the ultimate. Adds a bit of depth to the character.
I personally think that the third skill needs a bit of less steep mana scaling.
As for the ultimate though, I think that the targeting types should be consistent no matter which movement you are in. For example, I think that her first skill (1st movement) is a skill shot but then it becomes a targeted skill in 2-3 movement. I feel that it makes her a bit clunkier and that standardizing the skills targeting types would be a good idea.

I agree with you about the third skill, I think I might change the combos that ultiw provide for the third skill.
About the first skill, that changes the target type, can u give me some ideias? Like I think its one of the best skill to start, since it pull the enemie close to you, but if ur not starting, it becomes a single target ability, making the hero easier to play :P I didnt want to do that too, but I dunno...maybe I can change some way of it works, but right the big problem I have with this hero is:
1- The third skill combos are pretty weak/not usefull.
2- I think she might be better if her main stat is agi, instead of int.
the ult seems really complicated. Isn't the whole point of this contest to make a hero that you dont have to "spend too much time having to learn how to play a hero instead of actually playing the hero"

I dont get why the ultie seems complicated xD It just add effects to your skill, depending on the combo you did !
I need more feedback guys ! I am still thinking about changing the moves for her first spell as @Hubaris sugested!
Alright, dinner is in the oven so lets see what we got here.
Ok, first of all you have a cool ult. Reminds me of Revenant's incoming ult.
Second, this hero has too many stuns. If you do a combo of 1, 2 , 3, you can easily take out a single hero for up to 4 seconds. If you do a combo of 3, 2, can get a lockout of 4.5 seconds (though it doesn't have a 1 second aoe stun). I would remove the stuns on the second movement's Painful Slash and the Third Movement's Dance with Me for other affects.
Now for the skills:
Dance with Me: If this weren't a skillshot, I would be very suspicious about where you got it. In any case, it seems well balanced but the Attack Damage + %int Magic Damage feels more out of Place.
Painful Slash: I would swap the damage of this skil with Dance with Me's. For one, it would make you seed skill stand out more. For a second reason, it gives the hero overall a more powerful prescence late game.
Whirlwind: I would lower the Cooldown to 8.0 seconds do to the short duration of the slow and low damage of the nuke. As well as to mix up the cooldowns a bit on your hero.
Death Dance: I got most of my comments about this skill in at the start. I would just like to add, I really like the Second Movement of Whirlwind.
The first skill is a skill-shot, and if u talking about Flux, yeah I read it after and see its quite similar! But I think it really fits in this hero wath she needs. About the %int magic damage, it helps her to scale with late game, doing a good ammount of damage, since shes a nuke burst hero!
About the second, I wanted to keep this skill pretty similiar to the seed idea, a simplie nuke etc..but I can change! :P but If change, the Third Movement will do a huge ammount of damage, wont it? like 100% more damage!
About third: I put all skills 10 seconds, so you cant use combos like 2-1-2, snce the first charge duration is 3 sec and the second is 5, but I think 8 sec is good, since it will be impossible to the de combo again :P
About ultie: Looking a hero for 4 secs its kinda cool for me, since her first skill is a hookshot, and heroes like tundra have a ultie with low cd that stun for 4 secs, and deals damage in only one skill... its like, 4 secs with your three skills, I dont really see a big problem here :P Like wicth slayer, has a 2.5secs AoE stun spell plus 3.5 sec hex. About the combo 3,2,1 this is the best combo for stuns, but not for the damage output, and will be a 4,5 only in one target, and you need to be close enough to get the skill-3 damage. So I still think tis balanced in this way...I might reduce a bit the stuns, or change for slows.
1st:
As already stated - +% of int looks better on 2nd skill.
And manacost seems a bit off - 200 for this one is a bit too much? Also to make it differ from Devo's hook - make the skill obstructable by trees (isn't it a bit more logic that you should face someone to dance with, and also even a 500 range hook can easily be used to pull enemies in early game like in DotA).
2nd:
Would have swapped damage with first skill (maybe lower it a bit to make it not so powerfull early on).
3rd:
Why an AoE nuke cost is lower than a single target one (with almost the same range)? And lower a bit the slow effect.
Ult:
First - ms gain from third skill is too high.
And doesnt it look like a bit too much stuns? Yes, tundra got 4 sec and 300 dmg ulti. However on 16 lvl first skill third movement is as good - almost the same damage and almost the same stun + can burst more with other abilities. About WS - hex does not deal damage, so your hero's dmg output will be higher (can compare with Pyro, but with a bit more cc).
The only thing i dont like here is the drastic change in first skill behavior (though the idea is good as it is, but nevertheless).

Ive changed the follow things
- Swap the damage from the first to the second skill.
- Damage of the second skill tweeked a little to do less damage in the early levels.
- Changed mana from the first.
- Changed the third skill mana.
- Changed the ultie movement speed for the Second movement combo for the third spell, to a fix 4%, but for 2/3/4 seconds.
- Changed the ultie Third movement combo, for the third skill removing the stun and applying a 3/4/5 silence.

Well then the third Movement will be practically a 4x critical strike. If you do change it balance with that in mind.
If thats all the ulti did then it would be fine. But when you can do that on a 25 second timer? Thats Op
