1. Buy a Bottle:Bottle:
2. Empty all the charges out of the bottle.
3. Fill the Bottle with a rune.
4. Give it to your ally.
5. Have your ally die.
6. Your ally will respawn with rune in bottle with no timer

I was unable to replicate this in practice mode.
I bought bottle on CD, spawned a rune and bottled it. I then gave the bottle to pebbles who I got killed at ancients, he respawned and the bottle still had a timer.
I tried a second time, this time a haste rune from rune spawn. I then spawned in a war beast to kill pebbles, the timer was still there.
Hmm...
Practice Mode won't work because you own all the heroes.
This bug has to do with ownership, which is why I was planning to test with another player later :P

I thought such a thing, but sadly everyone was AFK at the time of me testing the bug. So I decided to just test it in practice for fun.
Anyway I tested it and couldn't replicate.
