Recent change: Number-tweaking.
Fresh new hero, created all skills right away this time instead of leaving ya hanging. This is an attempt for a Fuzzy-Wuzzy port. Drop a comment on what's good / bad!
SPARTANS, What is your profession?!
Range: 128 (Melee)
Strength: 19 + 2.35
Agility: 20 + 1.95
Intelligence: 13 + 1.8
Movement Speed: 290
The Spartan throws his spear to prevent his foes from getting away.
Skill Mechanics: This skill allows the throw away his spear, thereby and slowing greatly and dealing damage.
The Spartan fights as if this would be his last hour.
Skill Mechanics: Greatly increases his attackspeed for a series of attacks/short while.
In his battle-hunger the Spartan can find time to strike an additional strike.
Skill Mechanics: Passive effect that allows an attack to be "a double attack". This attack is not supposed to drain the attacks from the 2nd skill. This is just "a bonus attack with no penalty".
Ultimate: Blood for Blood
The Spartan focuses all he has into killing his foe, dealing damage to himself in the process.
Skill Mechanics: This should work like Fuzzy-Wuzzys ultimate, it's toggled on and deals more damage by a factor of his current hp. But it shouldn't last forever so he also drains a % hp each second. This spell should have no casting time and should be allowed to toggled off to allow him to stop dealing damage to himself.
Text-only sigs are terrible
great concept ... probably a little bit too boosted and needs some testing to get balanced

http://www.playdota.com/heroes/ursa-warrior is the ultimate now deals damage to himself, the slow is not an AoE and his "shitloadofDmgspell" has been replaced with an additional attack instead.
Calcs for difference on 3rd skill with Ulfsaar original in synergy with Overpower and Spartans "Swiftness" in synergy with Last Hour(both on lvl 4 will grant 6 swift strikes);
Ulfsaar: BaseDmg*6 + (25 + 50 + 75 + 100 + 125 + 150) = BaseDmg*6 + 300.
So unless I deal 300 with the base damage Ulfsaar would have a hell lot of a bigger burst with this.
Both in Synergy with their respective ultimates on lvl 1 (considering both have the same current HP from start being say, 1k) and this goes too fast so no regeneration will be calculated in this;
Ulfsaar: BaseDmg*6 + 30*6 + 300 = BaseDmg*6 + 480.
Spartan: BaseDmg*7 + (50 + 48.5 + 47 + .... + 41) = BaseDmg*7 + 318.5, also dealing 210dmg to himself.
He will decline from 1k to (1000-7*30), = 790, in 7 attacks thereby reducing current HP in every hit.
So if you think that I havent set his passive as an 'Attack Modifier', that's fair to say it's OP but that's because I havent decided on that yet and was gonna wait and see wether there'd be any questions/discussions regarding that.
i think the ultimate is a nice touch, but i would make the health cost % based, so that health items don't have a major effectual imbalance. you could even keep the % constant, a good value would probably be 2% max health per second.
also, instead of making a cooldown that long, make it like 20 seconds or until you turn it off. why? because you would then have your second condition ensuring that it would be very hard to keep it active, and it would take 50 seconds to kill him with it alone being on (not counting damage from heroes etc.).
3rd skill: i always wanted to do a hero with this skill, ever since i saw it on the speedboat.
2nd skill: make it constant, not % based. +100 attack speed should be fine, and won't be op.
1st skill: slow is op, damage is op. make it 200 damage, and max 40% slow.
overall i like the concept, at least this is a better first try than most of what i've seen here.
My biggest concern right now is if I should let him have 250 range from start. He'll be like a strength MQ on lane. Though he cant harass aswell with his spear since it reduces his range for a while and his mana is really low. Any comments?
I like his first skill, it's costly so you aren't going to spam it but it's worth using in most situations. Plus the longish range means you don't have to be too close to initiate.
Second skill is cool as the burst damage it provides synergises well with his ult.
I'd alter his third skill to work similar to PM's, having every X attacks result in a bonus attack.
This guys build will be similar to Ra's, as stacking hp will help his damage and boost his ult.
He seems pretty awesome and I'd like to see how he plays out.
Woah! Holy cr4p. This guy deals incredible amounts of burst all around with low CD.
The idea is great you just need to play test the numbers for balance purposes.

Well, first skill have a way too high cooldown. Make it a static 11 seconds and lower mana cost to 100.
Second skill seems fine.
I think third skill don't fit the skillset at all, since you already have the second skill for the huge attackspeed buff. Change it to something that reduces armor, maybe. Like, each attack reduces armor by -1, to a max of -3/4/5/6 for 4 seconds.
Ultimate is fine.
Cool hero, straightforward and useful. You might be almost there !
Hm, interesting comment on the 3rd skill. I'm not sure I'm gonna change it cause I dont feel the need for all spells synergizing but I'm gonna consider changing it if I come up with smth else.
