I bought an custom icon slot yesterday and uploaded a 128x128 picture.
So i figured ill go in game and see how it looks.
Unfortunately it turned out to be 2 white and black blocks for a picture.
Of course I did not upload a picture that looks like that.
I figured maybe i got to wait a while till it really works.
A day later and it is still not the picture I uploaded did I do something wrong?
Or is there a long waiting period before the custom icon starts working?
It seems to work just fine on the forums. I hope someone can be of help to me :)

This happened to me to but here is how i fixed it.
-Select another icon
-Join the lobby (any pub game)
-Restart HoN
-Select your icon again
-Restart HoN
-Login into HoN again should work fine.
Atleast that worked for me not sure if all of the steps are necessary thats what i did atleast. Hope it helps

S2 is still working on a permanent fix. The good news is that your icon has always looked correct to the other 9 players in the lobby. The visual bug is on the user side only.
