Title says everything, I beg you to run some diagnostics over all the European servers.

P.S. One of the servers is EU 40 (unlucky me, had 2 laggy servers in a row)

Lag is like "timed out" every few (around 1-7) seconds. Can't even farm properly during the laning phase.
