Player pool isn't actually that bad in the Pacific Northwest, there is something like 10-12+ 1900PSR/MMR players in the area

I know its PAX Weekend, not a lot I could do about it, unless I delayed it another month, which was not an option.
Vancouver BC -> Seattle : about 2 1/2 hrs depending on border
BYOC - we need 2-3 teams ot bring their own Comps so we can get this event moving QUICK and save a lot of time!

Comps are fine. Worst comp in here is a C2D 1.8 with a 7600/7800 card. More then HoN needs to run. That is the worst comp in here. Best is a 4C AMD with a 400 series card and a wide screen LCD monitor.
So Comps are NOT an issue here. No one will lose a game because of the comps.
Entry Fee vs Prize Pool: GameClucks needs $5 per person. That is a CHEAP venue fee. To up the entry for the prize pool will keep 2-4 teams from coming because paying $20 or $25 per person to get ass stomped is not worth it for them. We will lose more low end teams at higher entry then we will gain upper teams from it.
(also GameClucks LOSES money on PC Tournament says if we get less then 8 teams, so essentially every HoN/DotA event we have ever run has been a money loser for me... I am a gluten for punishment though so I keep trying it when I should go 100% LoL which I get 10-12 teams for).

Sponsors: NOS will not be on site. If I can get them to drop product I will give it away free, else it will be 1/2 off (so $1 per can).
None of my sponsors give me cash, so that does nothing to help me with entry fee's.
