    The Unmoved (Physical damage, anti-caster)

The Unmoved has come to love her bow, and in loving the physical properties of the bow and arrow, she has come to loathe magic users. Her pet, Scratchy, shares her hatred for all magic.

    The Unmoved
    STR: 17 + 1.7
    AGI: 21 + 2.5
    INT: 16 + 2

    Movespeed: 290
    Attack Range: 600
    Base Attack Time: 1.75

    General Spells:

The Unmoved has 2 abilities, her pet, Scratchy, has 3. The pet is uncontrollable apart from it's abilities, and once trained, just follows The Unmoved around.

    First ability is Plink.
Plink is a castable ability that deals above 100% damage. It has no cool down, but is limited by it's charges.

    Second ability is Scorch Mana.
Scorch Mana is a passive ability (not auto-cast) that deals additional damage based on how far away the target is. The damage is limited by how much mana the enemy has.

Third ability is Summon Scratchy (which actually has 2 separate skill blocks).
    Scratchy has two abilities.
Loud Scream, which briefly reduces an enemy's cast speed if they cast a spell near Scratchy.
Head Butt, which knocks the target directly away from The Unmoved.

Ultimate ability is High Pitch Scream.
Silences enemies in a large AoE. Enemies can continue to attempt to cast spells while being silenced, and if they do, will take pure damage based on the mana cost of the spell they attempt to cast.

    Specifics:

    Plink -
Deals Physical damage to the target equal to 80/85/90/100% base damage, and mini silencing for 0.1 of a second. Costs 45/60/75/90 mana.

Each use of this ability consumes 1 charge.
Every time an enemy casts a spell within a 1200 radius of The Unmoved, there is a chance that 2 charges will be restored.* Maximum of 2/2/2/4 charges. Charges fade after 15 seconds.

Each charge increases the damage of the next Plink by an additional 10/15/20/25%.
(Level 4 Plink, and The Unmoved has 2 charges, the Plink will deal 150% of her base damage, if she has 4 charges, the Plink will deal 200%)
    * Chance to restore 2 charges = (100 / X) %
Where X = number of heroes within 1200 units of The Unmoved.
(If only 1 hero is nearby, there's a 100% chance on each spell cast to restore 2 charges. If 5 enemy heroes are nearby, each enemy spell cast has a 20% chance to restore charges)

    Scorch Mana -
The Unmoved's attack deals extra damage base on how far away the target is. Drains mana equal to half damage dealt. Can only deal damage that would steal mana (ie 0 mana target = no extra damage).

Deals between 11/16/21/26 and 32/48/64/80 damage, based on how far the target is from The Unmoved, draining half that amount in mana.

    Damage type is normal.
    Doesn't work on Plink.

    Summon Scratchy -
Summons Scratchy, the Unmoved's own pet. Scratchy follows the Unmoved closely, rarely leaving her side.

    Scratchy has 2 abilities:
    Loud Scream:
Scratchy hates magic, and after an enemy attempts to use an ability, Scratchy let's out such a loud scream that the enemy heroes have a hard time even hearing their own thoughts. Applies Loud Scream to enemies that cast (or attempt to cast) a spell within a 900 radius of Scratchy.

    Loud Scream:
Briefly reduces the cast speed of the hero by 25/50/75/100 for 3 seconds. Costs 75 mana.

    Head Butt:
Scratchy runs directly at it's target, and knocks it back a short distance. Scratchy is slightly winded by this attack, and won't Scream Loudly for 5 seconds afterwards (Will let off a High Pitch Scream, though). Costs 50 mana.
    Cooldown: 36/28/20/12 seconds.

    Head Butt:
Pushes target in the direction Scratchy is facing 400/450/500/550 units.
Does NOT Silence/Perplex/etc, but does stop Blink type abilities.

    High Pitch Scream -
Scratchy let's off a high pitch scream, interrupting any enemy spells and temporarily giving enemy heroes in a huge radius Brain Damage for 3/4/5 seconds. Costs 100/150/200 mana.
    Cooldown: 200/200/200 seconds.
    Same AoE as Naga's Sleep

    Brain Damage:
If an enemy hero attempts to cast a spell with Brain Damage on them, they will take pure damage equal to the mana cost of the spell. Their spell will not activate.
Their spell buttons won't be greyed out during this spell. Damage can only be applied to each hero once per second (3/4/5 times per ultimate).
A nice flashy graphic around the enemies heads with the 'silence' image above the character would be nice. But don't grey out the abilities blocks, players should be able to activate their abilities, and if they do, damage will be dealt to them

Ultimate > Brain Damage: Should have a cap. Some heroes have spells that costs 600 Mana. Others don't have that kinda expansive spells.

That's a main portion of the spell, it's meant to deal high damage to casters, as the hero is meant to directly counter them. The damage is easily avoided by not spamming your button when silenced, and it adds another skill requirement (from the enemy) on the hero.

The Unmoved already has quite a decent skill requirement in Plink, a reactive insta-cast, non-auto-castable ability, being her only real source of damage. I was also thinking making Plink's bonus damage a crit source, so as to not get the same shenanigans we currently have with Puppet and Scout's abilities stacking with crit.

Another thing to point out is High Pitch Scream's (already large) AoE will be centred around Scratchy, so if you send Scratchy off to Head Butt some one and then use HPS, it won't be centred around yourself, it will be from Scratchy.

Last thing to note would be that Scratchy would be leashable at a range of around 800-900, meaning if he has to run further than that (from the point of 'release' from The Unmoved) Scratchy will simply return straight back to it's master, without using the ability, but putting it on cool down and costing mana.

And that's something I must update, putting cool down on all the correct abilities.

With the knowledge a Silencer port is being considered by S2, wouldn't others prefer a less 'boring' hero, and a hero with some unique functionality, while fulfilling the same role?

Nether ward didn't have a cap. I think it's appropriate for mana spent -> damage abilities to be especially punishing to expensive spells.

Though I now realize this is a silly topic since there's a silencer port in the works >_>

    Yer

Ah well, I'll keep some of these ideas for a new hero I think.
