Nickname already exists; cannot reclaim. Pretty big bug

Changed my name during the rollback period to Sakuya` from Sophia

I bought another change and attempted to change it back but it says the nickname already exists.

Sakuya` is my name within the forums and I can log in/out of the forums just fine but if you click on my name the stats direct you to a character named Sophia.

Can someone at S2 directly correct this or is this a known bug being fixed etc,
