Changing InGame Soundtracks

HI. I was wondering exactly what steps to take to modify the soundtrack within HoN. I've gotten 1 song to work, while all the others do not. They have the same .mp3 format, with the propper names. (the file that works will play in any of the locations I set it to but the others won't). and I can't quite figure out the issue. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some troubleshooting tips.

I've read into this further, but what confuses me most is that all the files are compressed into the same package but only one works.
