Sorry if this has been brought up elsewhere but I did a search of mechanics and couldn't find an answer.

The wards in observatory have a cooldown. Are they shared with your own base, with nothing else, with the other observatory or does each observatory link with it's closest 'home shop'?

The question is do we now have more than 4 wards to use?

If so, is it possible to deny enemy wards by purchasing from an observatory?
