Triple stack the jungle?

I am only able to get two stacks.

I believe they mentioned this was an unintended change and will be hotfixed or fixed in the next patch

I thought he was referring to the fact each camp can only stack once currently. I think it was in the Dev irc chat. I haven't played a jungler since the patch to know if this is true though
