Also, I know this is off topic, but here goes:
I have made a signature but whenever i try to upload it it always says its too large (9 lines 1000 characters etc) even when I'm pretty sure its not (I have made it so small its hard too see). Anybody know how to fix my signature? Or the "glitch"?

Halp! I need you to cut the background so there is only circle and the inside of it left. Also, once you have cut the background, make it transparent, if you know what i mean .

Hi there,

Soooo, after 'lot of talkin' with the support it has come to this:
"The issue is the image you are using is not properly formatted with the correct color scheme, channels, or interlacing. This is why it appears blue when uploaded, even though it shouldn't be. Proper image creation would avoid an issue such as this."

Is there a way to fix it? The picture being the following, thanks:

yeah i know it's long but it's the image location that gives the clearest look. Could you possibly make the image

- Colours wanted: A heavy shade of Grey that is partially faded around the around side. I want the image to be visible as it's current colour (black), maybe a light, faded tint of white/silver around the lines of the image too make it more visible. Could you possibly make the images eyes a glowy red? Round the outer part near the nose pls to.

- Rounded borders: Yes

- Icon glass: No

- Borders: Yes, a deep grey, almost black border with a slight tint of purple.

- Text wanted: No

- Others: not really, but could you make the edges, not points a little rounder

That's all i should need. Sorry for the long explaination but i want to see what you can make out of it.
I may not reply in a while so pls be patient, ty.

Natsuko: WHY! WHY! WHY??? WHY you edit the pictures??? You pay for that icon. If you don't like the result of our/my job, just ask for it. I will fix it for you, or maybe make something completely new...
Don't try to fix anything. Sometimes the pictures in-game have problems. Tell to the HoN staff for the issue and if they can't fix, come back here...
Maybe something went wrong with the black-white colour but i am not sure...

P-s: the picture I currently use is indeed an edited one after yours bugged (totally blue), that's why there is no transparencies, but still better than totally blue :<.

Well, I got to tell you that... I NEVER change the format of the transparency, colouring or w/e settings that change the picture.
only 1% of MINE icons have some issues and then, HoN client is the problem.
Your picture didn't have any problems in forums and many other pictures tend to have colour issues in-game.
You just needed to wait for a day or two.

I don't think I am the problem here...

If I am, someone more experienced member should tell me what I did wrong...
Sorry for the problems. I know it sucks...

Hi,

I am not blaming you or anything, a friend who uploaded the same picture as I did (the one you made) had the exact same problem and it is still blue.
The picture you made is blue in game even after waiting and the picture I edited has no transparencie.
For the second one it's my own fault but not the first one, if it's a problem with the game it's fine I really don't care of whose or what fault it is.

I am just trying to get it working.

I found that the picture had auto-saved as non-RGB colour (greyscale) and maybe the HoN-Client was unable to read it.
I re-arranged that to RGB colours.
