i want to teach a friend to play HoN. is there any way for me to spectate her in a practise game. so i can follow her every move, while she only have to play against creeps?

Cant do this in a practice game, but can do it in private games. Just allow observers.

I'm new, and I'm just having troubles keeping the screen good how I want it to play comfortably, and be able to see. What's the best way to do this?

I do the following:

Control groups 1, 2, and 3- My hero.
Control groups 4, Courier.

Whenever I need to highlight / center my hero, double tap 1 2 or 3. Courier, 4.

When I need to look around far, use minimap. When need to look around short, scroll with the mouse (ie bring the mouse to the corner of the screen)

You will probably need to turn up your edge scroll speed for this.

Then what do you do when you have minions such as Puzzlebox or Tundra Pets?

You can access your hero by pressing F1 twice.
Set your minions to 1
Set the courier to 3
That's how i do it

Simple, I set 2 / 3 to my minions. ! That's why I use 4 as my courier, and not 2, so I got the extra space

Sometimes with ophelia I will control group 1 all, with 2 and 3 only ophelia (or stunners, etc.)

If I'm playing ophelia or something I'll hotkey the minions. Most heroes I'll just select them. Too much going on with Ophelia tho.

I find it easier to spawn, select, burn and right click on a hero. Takes about a second. Then you just worry about your own hero while your minions chase down and kill some poor plague rider

Today i had a deleted game and u guys said that it will be restored (if u click on "Replays" u can see it where u got a red text and says "Notice"). Exactly when will the game be restored?

Thats not something we can help you with. Thats probably something that not even S2 will tell you. I bet there is a lot of games lost that they'll have to manually replace

When spectating or mentoring, can you see mods that the person has?

Pretty sure you only see the mods you have installed. Your interface is creating the view, even though the camera you see is controlled by the player you spectate.

NO. In fact i have some interface mods myself and was spectating someone recently many of their actions puzzled me because the player was clicking in an empty space a lot.

Hello Halfloner. Shadowblade excel at being able to adapt. That's also in some ways his counter. The important thing is to have a main carry with high physical damage like , with good crowd control . Heroes that can go minus armor, or deal high magic damage is good also like . Problem is that to solo Shadowblade is not that easy if he got something going. Also great item pickups are Hellflower and Sheepstick to help deal with him.

It's important to lane a strong lane that can deny farm versus Shadowblade. Double stun , or a killer lane in general . Give him attention, and make him feel unsafe on the map and always looking.

Is there a button or a macro to attack nearest enemy (without targeting anything with a mouse).
now i use "stop" button but it makes u attack after little delay and u must time your moving to not cancel attack.

Well if you click A for attack or your hotkey for that, and click the ground the units will attack closest enemy. Really important thing to do if you're ranged and chasing. Other than that I doubt it.

The Early Access idea is part of the shop system. You can buy a hero before they are free to be used by every legacy-players. By purchasing them early, you will get another avatar, who are only given out to people who purchase the hero in the time where he is early access.
