when i infest a creep as parasite, do i need to kill him with my skill to get exp and gold or can i just let him die by the -% life ?

can let it die by the % - you only miss the exp/gold if:
1. it's your own creep, so you wouldnt get the exp/gold anyway
2. anything else kills the creep

i just went up to lvl 2 (hell yeah! ;D) and the match right after that i could choose every hero even Monkey king so i would like to know if its because i got lvlup? I am sure i had no token or pass or anything.

Are you sure you could actually select those heroes? You should need to get level 4 before your account is verified, and you certainly can't pick Monkey King (I'm a legacy account, can't click him).

Yes. I picked him and played 1 whole game thats why it was so confusing for me, i do have 1 legacy account and i cant play MK with it but for some weird reason i could play him with my smurf with is lvl2? thats just gay ;D. So i would like to know if its because of me lvlup and get the chance to play all the hero for one match or not, or was it simply just a bug i dont know.

There are a couple of bugged servers where every hero is selectable, it's a rare circumstance and should not have happened

Dang so that means that game of AP where all heroes were selectable as my first game as a lv5 wasn't trolling me with token access on my smurf, such a shame I picked my bought scout that game instead.

OT: How do you still get an image for your signature, or is it like some kind of exclusive privilege to Mods or GMs or something?

Is nomes wisdom a good pick-up on electrician or is it better to forego the perks of the item and go for the much cheaper mana ring?

Edit: Is there any specific situation where you should forego armour boots for steam boots and vice versa?

Electrician is an incredibly versatile hero, so it's pretty hard to ever be unable to justify an item pick up. For personal use, Nome's Wisdom gives a nice amount of mana regeneration, and if it helps your team moreso than a Mana Ring (i.e, lots of heavy casters vs lots of mana dependant casters (Hammerstorm for instance)) then sure, get it.

Armour boots are good on Electrician, but if you're playing a very aggressive, ganker/semi-carry style then Ghost Marchers generally wins out. Electrician doesn't generally need any attack speed, so I'd personally say Power Treads are at the bottom of his list of boots, yet again its entirely dependant on your lineup and the enemies, as well as your personal playstyle.

Would it be best to post a replay in Replays or Training grounds when asking for assistance? Normally you would think replays but looking through the first page earlier all I saw was stomp videos.

I just need some tips on Magmus. When I first got on this game I was constantly randomizing(still am alot) to get use to the heroes and Magmus was my favorite out of them so I been picking him quite often the past couple days. Finally I had a game where I feel like I did half decent and was hoping for some criticism from others to tell me everything I did wrong.

55629955 is the ID # for the match. The scoreboard makes it look uneven but it seemed like a good match up to a certain point. Or should I be posting an earlier replay where I got completely rolled and made even more mistakes? Seems logical to post the last one I played on him though if I'm looking for tips. Seeing as my Magmus game-play is evolving as I go.

I have no clue, I still see images in non-mod/gm sigs though. Somethings probably not working properly

how do you ghost/shadow pick a hero when the heroes selection come up at the start of the game?

you know the hero selection, but the hero image is all grey out and stuff, but it lets your teammate sees what kind of heroes you are planning to go.

Yes, The servers are found under "public games" which are to the right of PLAY NOW and create a server. When you click on public games, you can select options at the side of the panel that comes. Select "No stats" on server type when filtering the servers. Those games do not affect your stats.
