    Thumbs up What do you guys think about this rework

    Hi there as we all know BH is put on the (Sorry for the words)Shitty hero list
    He's supposed to be a ganker yet his skills are easily Evaded at all times and all places, So here's what I propose you can do with the hero.
    But first some basic knowledge

    1st. spell (A silence Buff/Debuff with a small DoT in magic dmg)
    sure it helps a bit on silence but yet this skill is useless
    (1st change to it. Make it rather a nuke)
    F.ex Make it like Sandwraits nukespell.
    Make it do
    90-120-220-290 Magic dmg upon impact (No Small AoE)
    -10%- -15%- -20%- -25% movement slow on the targeted hero
    +5%- +10%- +15%- +20% Movement buff for Bloodhunter.
    Cost:- 90mana-95mana-100mana-120mana
    Slow/+movement duration :- 5-6-7-8 Seconds or 7 seconds flat
    Cooldown:- 15Seconds-13Seconds-11Seconds

    2nd. Spell (Upon killing a unit you regain a percentage in health)
    Id say Keep this spell only buff it slightly
    Upon hitting an Enemy hero You place a DoT dmg (Blood mark) which deals 3-4-5-6 magic dmg per second and stacks upon each hit,
    The level scale will be the duration of the curse:
    Duration 1 second(s) upon each impact you add 0.5 Seconds to the curse
    Making it last on four hits : 3 seconds if all hits are successfuly put on the hero
    Duration 2 second(s) upon each impact you add 0.7 Seconds to the curse
    Making it last on four hits : 4.8 seconds if all hits are successfuly put on the
    Duration 3 second(s) upon each impact you add 0.9 Seconds to the curse
    Making it last on four hits : 7.6 seconds if all hits are successfuly put on the
    Duration 4 second(s) upon each impact you add 1.1 Seconds to the curse
    Making it last on four hits : 8.4 seconds if all hits are successfuly put on the

    3rd. spell (Passive skill that gives Bloodhunter a movement buff if heroes within the range has below 40% hp)
    This spell is fine as it is, Cause it gives him high mobility in team fights and ganks which suits this hero perfectly

    4th. spell = The ulti (Cast a spell on impact deals given amount of magic damage. and gives a debuff to the enemy if he moves)
    Now we all know how easily countered this spell is even when bloodhunter is ganking with someone else
    They stand still and take ur bad meele dps or ports away. So here's my change to the ulti on actually making the ulti worth statting over stats...

    When casted within the radius of 750 Units (Range of the cast)
    Creates a Vein between the caster and the target Allowing Blood hunter to deal 5% more damage towards the target aswell as dealing Magic damage on 3-4-5% of MAXhp per second for the duration of 4-5-6 Seconds
    Manacost : 100-150-200
    Cooldown : 90Seconds-80Seconds-70Seconds
    Staff of the master :Gives the ulti a Life drain (Like Empath Draining spell)
    In 5-6-7% of the dmg dealed by the MAXHP Damage (No other dmg dealth to the hero will give bloodhunter the drain)

    All in all This will make Bloodhunter the Blood thirsty hero that he is without making him too imbalanced, but it will make him a very powerfull Early-mid game ganker aswell as a hugh hero in the lategame phase of the game
