"Defeat" exchanged with "Game Over Yeah" from Sega Rally

I've always thought about doing this, but only just now got around to doing it, so here it is.

Exchanges the "defeat" sound on every announcer with Game Over Yeah from Sega Game Rally.

I did not feel it needed to make a video as it'll just play this audio clip instead of the standard "defeat" one.

How To Install:

1. Place the .rar file inside X:\X\Heroes of Newerth\game (Exchange X with the path)
2. Unrar
3. Done
4. You should now have a folder like this: X\Heroes of Newerth\game\shared\sounds\announcer and three folders within this

If anyone can help me make it into .s2z (I tried, it won't work for some reason) please do help :-)
