    Totally worthless customer service..

    For like 2-3 hours ppl have been able to play and alot are not... Theres like 2 pages on the forum with the EXACT same problem. Some are asking about some statement from s2 and some are just raging.. Its totally frekkin worthless of u S2 not to even respond to a SINGLE post on why some cant login .. Did u go home for the day or what?

    Amen! S2's communication skills leave a lot to be desired.

    i think they aren't communicating simply because of the fact that they have nothing to say.

    like come on what are they going to say? "sorry guys we are failures and we really have no clue what to do. some can't even login! we were repairing for 10 hours and all that came out of it was a roll back to 5/31 where people lost game stats for games played after that. GG fail"

    lawlz come on S2 im not one to normally complain seriously but this is absolutely ridiculous.

    They could say: We're aware of the issue. We're working on it. Please stay tuned for more information.

    I know what problems they can have bcouse i have been working as a server admin b4 and have been ddosed aswell, tho we were a biiig company and we steamrolled the ddosers but thats not what im talking about. It doesnt matter WHAT they say to the problem some of us have, just that they KNOW of it and they work on it would calm alot off ppl . But not even a WORD is even worse the blizzard service..
