I use Google Apps for my domain. This allows me to use a different alias for each forum signup and the like. This way, if I ever receive spam, I can tell by the destination address who is responsible for leaking my address.
Well, you're busted. I received a pharmacy spam today at the email address that was used solely to register my account with S2.
I don't expect an answer to this. No doubt you want to hide it. Nevertheless I felt compelled to show you that you are busted.
Why would you be interested in contacting a Russian website for Viagra/Cialis?
Could be a security breach rather than deliberate breach of S2's own privacy policy.
I'd be less concerned with who is providing such your email address to benevolent folks who offer amazing deals, and more concerned with obtaining this 100% Guaranteed Viagra-Cialis. Personally I haven't had any issues with spam at all, but I always check those little boxes for things like "don't send me special offers" or whatever.
I do recall there being a special tournament thing going on seemed like quite a scam. It never actually took off, and it was run by shady Russian types. You didn't sign up for that with the same info thinking it was a legit HoN thing did you? Other than that, I dunno. It could just be a random solicitation email, or someone stole it somehow.
normally those mails are directly put in the spamfolder so who cares? but if u can't set up your spam filter....
Lets roll the Dice
Dude, they send those out to random adresses. They would never spend a dime on such a simple scheme. But hey, its fun to jump to conclusions...
I remeber a post similar to this a few months ago. Just wait for an s2 response or email support
Interesting. Except there is no way for us to tell who else you've actually given your email to, or used that email for.
STRYKERRRRRRRRRRRRRR
OP did you see the prices on that site they are crazy low, all you gotta do is give them your credit card number and your dick will be hard for like a week..
You do know e-mail spam bots can use lists of common words used in e-mail addresses and spam popular e-mail services with addresses made up with those words. Most e-mail addresses in spam lists are either dead or addresses that are just for only forum authorisation and such stuff. Not addresses that people actually use for e-mailing. By randomly spamming e-mail addresses with a domain name that's used by millions there's a good chance they'll spam a real active e-mail address.
Doubt S2 sold your address. You either failed with the addy yourself or just got randomly spammed.

More likely you have some kind of malware on your computer, providing them with your email(s).
if you have gmail you will not get this in ur inbox anyway's, there are also programs that just come up with e-mail adresses at random and therefore get ur email adress even if you never even handed it out
spamm will alway's exist, get used to it
if it is S2's fault then its a shame but this isnt realy proof you provided us
I get those spam emails aswell! >_< and that's also to my emailadress that I gave to HoN :S
