Any guide showing what heros:
1_ God Tier: Piked or banned every game
2_ Sometimes baned
3_ Very rarely Baned, regular picks
4_ Situacional picks
just pick as many ranged heros with stuns and nukes and youll be ok
(situat. bans, cause every hero could be a situat. pick)
Broken tier: Silhouette
God tier: Pharaoh, pre-nerf Andro, maybe pre-nerf Torturer.
Top tier: Flint, Puppet, Hellbringer, Slither, Aluna, Gladi, Chipper, and every support with an overpowered stun that fits in a trilane.
Mid tier: Most noncarries who sadly find they require more than 800 gold to function in late game, most melee carries.
Bottom tier: The rest of the melee carries, Tree, Lego, Armadon, BH, etc.
Engineer tier: Engineer
This is my list
God Tier: (almost banned/picked every game)
Top Tier: (ban/picked ALOT)
Good Tier: (good heroes, not SOO popular right now but always used, they rotate)
Ok Tier/Situational: (heroes that dont suck but are more situational)
Crap Tier: All the rest

Why does one set of picks completely contradict the other set? Deciding who is frequently picked / banned isn't really a matter of personal preference so one of you is wrong.
It's spelled banned. And competitive heroes aren't always banned because they're amazing, they're often banned because it counters the draft that team plans on playing. Very few heroes are actually OP. There are phenomenal heroes such as puppet, silhouette, pharaoh and bubbles that will almost always be picked or banned in a game. But that doesn't mean when you see competitive players ban Vindicator it's because he's a god-tier hero. Ditto doctor repulsor, bomb, and a bunch of other heroes that I wouldn't really know because I'm not that great at this game.
Despite it feeling like you see the same heroes every game, the great majority of HoN heroes are completely viable in every tier of play. Maybe you see heroes like aluna, flint, valk, puppet, bubbles, hellbringer, magmus and myrmidon so frequently because they're just better than the rest of the options. But more likely it's because they mesh well with the current 1-1-3 metagame that favors ranged midgame carries and strong initiation.
Edit: I forgot to mention the other metagame. 1-1-1-1-1. Love it.

I was so happy this entire tier list crap has stopped. Why bring it back ?
First of all competetive tier lists never show the strongest picks , but the most popular or save ones. Time and time again heroes that where never changed start to dominate games because someone had the ...to pick them.
Pls try to explain me how they could have been bad tier before and god tier now ?
Also they have no effect on strong pub heroes that run different lanes and play complete different. Tier lists will only make people rage at eah other over something they have no clue about and pick up worse heroes just because they think they are OP.
And last, why do you ask the forums for tier lists ?
If you want random opinions of people with no clue you could just look at pick% or win%. If you want a comp. tier list ask comp. players !
All the tier lists that are already posted in this thread have awfull placements, but you cant realy expect more.
Hero concepts and quick drafts.
