If that's the new hero, leveling the ulti seems very lackluster. It's not like people focus the illusions when someone pops geo's/illu rune/whatever anyways. Especially in the first 1 second or whatever.

Well don't fret because he will be in the game eventually, and probably sooner than you think because if you guys remember in April the scout spotlight that was a joke you saw scout hopping around, yea that means they had the skills scripted in Wayyyy back then, and just using another model.

dude that active would be so OP, for 40% of the time they have 80% reduced turn and movespeed, which is the equivilant to not being able to turn around and 100ms. sure it isn't as good as a stun but damn would that be annoying.

edit: would be such a beast with amazing micro, get somewhere up there with 1.5 attacks per second and you can stun over their head->attack 3 times->turn them away from you->attack 3 times(half dancing to stay behind their backs, shouldn't be too hard)->repeat
