Can't post directly to subforums?

I wanted to do some not-constructive whining but it says I am unable to post on the whining sub-forums. What gives?

Also having this problem. I think were supposed to post how much S2 sucks here first and then have it moved there by a mod. With that assumption, S2 sucks and so do new forums.

So it has to be moved? Seems like a waste of time... but I guess it saves them the time of moving constructive post to GD?
