Brought Badass Pack but cant use it

I brought the Badass Pack. I went to my vault and chooses the Badass Pack but it doesn't let me use it? It refuse to change from default announcer to Badass Pack.

Help plz? I'd cry if I cant use this pack. I love this pack

It's possible it's a server issue. Your account does have the Badass Pack. Keep trying to enable it.

K, I tried again sometimes after couple of games but no luck.

I guess I'll wait for all the server operation to be 100% operational.

I can no longer use my Gore Taunt. Gore Taunt doesn't show up on my Vault anymore. I think it went poof on me, help plz?

Definitely don't see gore taunt on your account, if you're sure you purchased it, please email support@heroesofnewerth.com

Ok Contacted support people. Hopefully they can sort out this problem.

Another thing I noticed is that I no longer can use my chicken alternate courier anymore. I assume my account was somehow got rollbacked to earlier time.
