That's were other people come in. It's not only the GM's that are mentoring, there is alot of other people (like me) who maybe are at a higher skill level, and are willing to mentor the better players.
Personally i don't mind what skill level i will be mentoring, as long as it's someone willing to learn and have just a tiny bit of motivation

Last I checked, the majority of EPZ are EU, from the applications and post so far, I think E is more USE oriented
