It's probably due to the fact that there is 10x more trash talking in HoN / DotA games than any other game.

We've been aware of the attack for about 6 hours, the majority of the time more information is not provided because it is not available yet. If the stat submission fails and doesn't show up within several hours there is a good chance it is not going to be recovered.

So for those who have won coins etc. will also not be getting them due to the lost of game info.. kinda sucks, won last 4 games and wouldd have enough for pebbs alt now gotta wait to play again for more coins...

know its not your guys fault but would be cool if you can somehow compensate for those who have lost out on coins/stats etc.

if not, lets hope things are up fast..
