Anyways I don't care that much for piracy, if I really enjoy listening to some sort of music I just buy it at the local music store or iTunes or something.
It feels good to help these unknown trash metal bands selling their albums.

Instead of posting this random picture that looks like it was created by a 6th grade communist with a love for blockprint game fonts and pink floyd, you could have explained the bill and started a discussion.
What criteria have to fit for a censorship ?
How is the current situation with search engines in the US anyway ? (Google for examples shifts already certain pages down in the results)
How is this bill standing in regards to the constitution ?
And you could even discuss the general "freedom" in the internet since it is more of a lack of control measures and no ideologic situation. Even when it is adapted into the "standards" of our generation.
(We had a similiar bill in germany, with the main function to prevent child pornography. The bill made it with alot of public resistance by the internet community that pointed out that it is just a backdoor for censorship and no effective measure. A 130 000 people petition at the parlament and a vote result of ~1%(from germany) for a privacy activist party at the election of the european parlament resulted in a loss of intrest in the bill by the big partys.
It is very likely that this bill will be reversed since a expanding on other subjects outside of child pornography would be political suicide and a investigation of the constitutional court is still open)
Won't get passed anyway, there was a similar earlier attempt that failed miserably iirc.
