Delays and disconnect symbol

I think I have about the same problem as "Fismen".

Sometimes I recive 1-3 seconds delay randomly but constantly through out a game. My char keeps on moving in the direction I last ordered it, but everyone else in the game seems to move around as normal (independently of my lag).

It mostly works fine, but sometimes (more often these last couple of months) I recive these lags.

I dont know if the problem is caused by my internet (modem/router/internet-provider) or if its related to my computer. Also my friends says that I happen to lag on Skype aswell. Restarting HoN etc doesnt work.

I have now checked if the fps goes down during my lags and it doesnt, so i guess its my internet that is unstable at times. I have to keep on troubleshooting myself i guess ;/
