IAS stood for Innate Attack Speed in DotA, which is described as BAT or Base Attack Time in HoN. IAS more commonly refers to Increased Attack Speed in HoN, though some still use it to describe Innate Attack Speed.
EDIT: I have been corrected by ElementUser; IAS has always stood for Increased Attack Speed, even in DotA.

I am of the firm opinion that subtracting "raging stupidity" from anyone's voice can only cause them to sound more like myself.
I think a description of the game modes (like the descriptions of hero roles) would help newer players. :>

bullshit, typical mods, delete anything that makes them look like idiots. i posted a link to a Dota glossary that clearly stated IAS as innate attack speed. IAS has stood for Innate attack speed long before it stood for increased attack speed in the gaming world, but what would i know, im not a mod so i cant just ignore things that make me look stupid.
Add "Sighted" to the effects: it means you can see the target (Ramp charge, Succu ulti, etc.)
