I am trying to install mono onto my mac, and I have download the newest version of mono several times, but after I install it, I can't find where it went? I know I'm doing something wrong and I have looked for the past hour on the forums for a solution to my problem but I have yet to find one. If someone can walk me though this again it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

try following this guide
Mac Modman Guide
great work. the new added fucntions are good. esp update all mods. and open mod folder <3
The version label is gone! There used to be a version label for all mods, but only ones that have te version within the name itself display this info (e.g. dont deselect) . plz bring version label info back
some of the view options behave strangely.
"large icons" makes it go to tile mode
"small icons" makes it go to list mode, but arranges things by alphabet HORIZONTALLY, whereas selecting "List" arranges things by alphabet VERTICALLY.

If you read the changelog, he explains that the version label is in the status bar (at the bottom of the interface) instead of beside the mod's name. It was to save space in the main area so you can use the multiple views. The views aren't fixable, because VB.NET has some weird defaults for each view.
Notausgang, seems like HonMod isn't detecting the path for the mods folder @ Linux.
Erro ao mostrar url: Erro ao iniciar arquivo "/home/pedrospdc/HoN/game\mods": Arquivo ou diret?rio n?o encontrado
Yeah he hardcoded the backslash, while macs and linux have frontslashes.
I'm sure he can hardcode frontslash for windows aswell. I'm pretty sure that's how I did it.

Bah, typed that on my iTouch. Auto-corrected it as hardcore without me noticing. Meant hardcode. :|
Yeah, there's a couple of places where the backslash now screws up some functions of linux and mac; will definitely fix that in the next version.
(before I used Path.Combine("game", "mods"), but then I figured "game\mods" was more efficient - meh...)
Next version likely won't be before Thursday.
When I open the exe it says "I couldnt find your HoN install, please point me to the folder containing the binary"

And there are no further error details?
Also, does version 1.0 work?
A tutorial, youtube tutorial would be awesome...
hard playing HoN without it! just switched to mac! windows sucks!
