The Ludus Novicius Community Involvement Project is an S2 Sponsored project intended to encourage a positive learning environment for players who are brand new to the game, as well as those who wish to improve in a more friendly manner. Official mentors will be recruited to teach groups of new players in a controlled Inhouse environment, enabling more friendly and direct assistance than what has been previously available.
Mentors:
We are looking for mid to high level players who are interested in teaching newer players the basics of the game, and also high level players who are interested in assisting established players to improve their strategy and execution skills. Mentors must be calm, patient, and mature. If you are interested in mentoring, please contact me directly via PM, and I will supply you with an application form.
Be sure that you fill out this application form fully and coherently. Remember, this application is the first thing we will see from you. If you show interest and experience, we will show more interest in return.
Officers:
We are also looking for responsible individuals to act as Supervising Officers who are confident in their ability to watch over 5-10 Mentors and ensure a quality learning environment. These Officers will be responsible for ensuring continued activity, organizing tutoring sessions, and providing feedback to the leaders of the project. The individuals we seek must be responsible, active, and dedicated to the position. Officer positions are not yet open, please stay tuned for more information.
Officers will receive a portion of the coins earned by their mentors. More information below.
Merrick has kindly offered to provide a goblin coin incentive to active officers and mentors who receive positive feedback from their players. These coins will be calculated on a monthly basis, and will be determined by activity and feedback. Mentors who receive positive feedback and who remain active will be rewarded with goblin coins as a thank you for their efforts. Merrick has chosen not to reveal to magnitude of this incentive, but assures you it will be worth while.
This program is the first step in a new initiative by Ludus Novicius to enhance the learning process and help to make newer players feel more welcome and desired. As always, you may apply directly to become a member of Ludus Novicius by visting our website at honludus.com or our recruitment thread here. The Ludus Novicius Community Involvement Project is an officially S2 Sponsored event which will attempt to make this game much more appealing to newcomers and veterans alike.

I am of the firm opinion that subtracting "raging stupidity" from anyone's voice can only cause them to sound more like myself.
Sounds fun, is it okay if you are 1700+ to become a mentor?

Gonna have to get Sye to fix those images. I guess wherever he hosted them was only a temporary storage.

Could be a mentor I guess, only ~ 1700 mmr but I feel like I have a pretty decent understanding of the game and the mechanics (also have friends around 1750 - 1800 mmr who got their asses kicked online 7 ways to sunday by me...). I've already "mentored" 3 of my friends of whom one is in the 1700 psr bracket himself (I know psr is "meh" but I think that's not all to bad). I btw also have my own Teamspeak Server if there's need for one...
Interest?

Look for my highlighted text (important information) and grey text (interesting but not required information).
The server had an internal move so the links changed a bit in structure, other than that it is a damn reliable site which is easy to handle.
