FA's split fire and thunderclaw/charged hammer?

No. Only one of the 4 will proc it each time.

So having Split fire with Charged Hammer/Thunderclaw increases the chances of it proccing coz 3 people get hit instead of 1, right?

I'm pretty sure not. The proc chance will only affect the unit you target.

Only the center arrow (the one hitting your primary target) will roll for the Chain Lightning proc. And if it succeeds, you'll only get one proc (it doesn't proc once per arrow.

Other on-hit proc chances (Brutalizer, Savage Mace) work the same way, and only roll on the primary target. HOWEVER, if you get a Brutalizer proc on your primary target, ALL the targets hit with that round of arrows will be stunned and dealt the bonus damage. Same with Savage Mace (a Savage Mace proc on your primary target will deal the +100 damage and mini-stun to all targets hit)
