Lag spikes after the last patch.

So, since the last patch I've been experiencing constant spikes, usually they last for 1-2 seconds, then the game is fine again for maybe a minute or so, and then it spikes again, this continues throughout the game... Before the patch I never had these kinds of spikes, any tips on how to fix this?
