Since the .27 patch a new "Totals" line has been included in the "Monitor Game" function for buddies. However, it just displays zeroes while the game is running and does not keep a proper running tally. This is on the Windows version of the game.

I'd just like to confirm that this also occurs on the mac version of the game as well.
