The amount of views don´t matter. Its the amount of votes it gets. For 6k views 238 people is not exactly huge amount.
Though it is about time for new announcer pack. For some reason they wont listen to community and are going to release another terrible pack ( ie. Bad Ass), whenever that is.
heres hoping they actually do this. Hearing simon and/or lewis doing the voices would be something I'd buy gold coins for.

Graveled (19th century speak) (To annoy/anger someone) Or
2nd= Affront (to insult someone)
